With principle artwork and illustration completed by Melody Shih and Sandy Pan, I brought their artwork to life in 3 dimensions. I modeled Melody’s illustrations in ZBrush to create a 3D mesh. By spinning lights around the mesh, it helped to convey the never ending drudgery of the victim’s experience as they endure test after test of the rape kit. It was a serious topic that deserved a sensitive touch and we tried to handle it appropriately.
